START A RETURN
Do you offer free returns?
Return parcels are subject to a shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.

When will I get my refund?
This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get items back to us before being processed by our returns team.
Please note:
- We only offer refunds on the original payment method used to make the order.
- Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date that our returns team processes your return and you are notified of this via email. Please note it can take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed, however, oftentimes it’s much sooner.
Return Exceptions
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings.
Bundle Returns

TikTok Shop Returns
Orders placed directly via TikTok shop must be returned via TikTok shop and not the EZRO Returns Portal.
Pop-Up Shop Returns
If you wish to return your items, visit our website returns page and follow the instructions.
Ezro Pop Up Exclusive products:
If you wish to return your exclusive product, we offer an exchange for a store credit voucher for use on our website.
Standard sale products:
We offer refunds or store credit via our website return portal.
