Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped directly from our CA warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order has been dispatched.

Orders received on weekdays before 12pm EST will be shipped out the same day and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

PACKAGING / GIFTING

One Ezro Box/Pouch is given per order, not per item.

We are currently experiencing delays in shipping due to strikes and tariffs, but we'll do our best to get it into your hands as soon as possible!

USA

  • Standard Delivery: Free (7-12 Working Days)
  • Express Delivery: 12.79 USD(3-5 Working Days)

Canada

  • Standard Delivery: Free (7-12 Working Days)
  • Express Delivery: 14.79 CAD (3-5 Working Days)

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: Free (7-12 Working Days)
  • Express Delivery: $14.79 (3-6 Working Days)

 

Rest of the World

  • Standard Delivery: Free (Up to 10-12 Working Days)
  • Express Delivery: $14.79 (6-10 Working Days)

Please note we do not ship to certain countries (see below). All orders will be fulfilled from the CA warehouse.

Duties and Taxes

Ezro ships to all CA, US customers with duty & taxes paid, so you will not be charged any customs fees.

International

Customers are liable for any duties & taxes incurred once your parcel reaches the destination country. (e.g., EU, UK, Australia, and countries in Europe outside the EU).

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information or refusal to collect, the package will be returned to Ezro at the customer’s expense. Costs include:

  • Shipping fees
  • Duty and taxes incurred

These costs will be deducted from the refund.

Items Not Received or Missing

If your delivery is lost or missing, you must submit a claim within:

  • 30 days from the order date.

Items Not Received but Marked as Delivered

We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a secure address.
